- Experience in microwave
communications equipment installation
and testing.
- Experience in quoting
jobs and budgeting.
- Experience managing
numerous crews & projects.
- Experience in sales,
strategic planning.
- Knowledge of various
communications networks and transport
equipment.
- Knowledge of OC3, DS3,
DS1 and DSO circuitry.
- Familiarization with
various pieces of test gear to include
T1 and T3 analyzers, SONET, Spectrum
Analyzers, RF Power Meters, and Frequency
Counters.
- Ability to assist technicians
in troubleshooting and equipment malfunctions.
- Possess good computer
skills with various types of software
to include ProComm Plus, Hyper Terminal.
- Industry Contacts at
Alcatel, Motorola, and Harris a +.
- Any certifications
are a plus, including, but not limited
to Alcatel Certifications.
